Each search is customized, no matter whether our partners are looking to fill interim, permanent, and contract-to-hire roles and job openings.

Interim Leadership


Novia Solutions partners with hiring managers to understand the goals of the engagement. We develop search criteria to focus on identifying candidates who are uniquely qualified to help drive success in accordance with what our partners are looking for.


Novia Solutions will translate engagement goals and candidate criteria to identify matching candidate profiles for consideration and submit candidates for consideration who meet the criteria for the perfect “fit”.

Engagement & Onboarding

Novia Solutions will work with the organization and the candidate to ensure all needed aspects of Onboarding are completed smoothly and communication is effective.

Performance Management

Novia Solutions will conduct regular check-ins with both interim leaders and hiring managers to monitor progress and maintain alignment toward engagement results.


Whether a candidate has been identified to fill a permanent position through the hospital’s recruiting efforts or Novia’s recruiting efforts, Novia can assist with hiring candidates on behalf of the hospital and deploying the candidate to the hospital as a Contract-to-Hire Leader. The candidate can have access to Novia’s standard employment benefits, and the hospital will have peace of mind knowing the placement is employed by Novia. Novia will work with the hospital to determine the Contract-to-Hire trial time period and create clearly defined evaluation criteria to measure success or failure at the conclusion of the Contract-to-Hire trial period for hiring managers.


Novia Solutions will conduct a discovery call with partners to develop in-depth understanding of the role.


Novia Solutions will identify candidates within our network candidates who have both the clinical and leadership experience required to achieve the desired outcomes.


Novia Solutions will provide comprehensive candidate profiles for consideration including candidate CV, Executive Summary, and additional supporting candidate information.

Confirm & Offer

The ​Novia Solutions will help facilitate interview scheduling throughout the consideration process and conduct a minimum of three reference checks as requested. Once an offer has been made, Novia will facilitate next steps as desired by the hiring manager.

We’re committed to providing advisory services to interim, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire candidates. As part of our results-driven approach, we provide advisory services free of charge to our candidates starting at the interview stage and lasting for the duration of the engagement.
